"They cheer me because they all understand me, and they cheer you because no one understands you."
The celebrated actor, Charlie Chaplin, wittily told to Albert Einstein on his arrival for the opening of Chaplin's movie - City Lights, in Los Angesles, CA, Feb2, 1931.
By the 1931, Albert Einstein is famous scientist and Noble literate. He published many papers on science. His Theory of Relativity is becoming famous during those days and which is changing the whole prospects of science. And his theories are such that most of the people are not able to understand. His vision is universal vision. The above words are still true because many theories of Einstein at to understand. I like these words, because they are truthful and powerful.

Einstein left quite a legacy. Makes you wonder what his personal life was about. I could go read that, but not that interested in biographies.
ReplyDeleteNice article
I've often thought of this guy. His passion for science and compare it to my passion for my family and writing. My chemistry teacher showed us an article on his wife. If it wasn't for her, he wouldn't be who he was. I don't know how true that is, but I can see how men need women to motivate them!

Dear Elizabeth Muller,
ReplyDeleteYou are true. Most of his papers are presented by him during his stay with his first wife. She is also a physics student and his class mate. She use to help a lot in his research. He loves very much to her, and because of that affection, he fell in sick after their division.

Wow, I would never have suspected Charlie Chaplin and Albert Einstein ever having spoken to one another. Another thought of ignorance forever stricken from the record. Thanks for sharing, and it's a pleasure to meet you via the A-Z Challenge!
